There is a real need to evolve to a “structured professional judgment” model where DA are married with genuine expertise.

Also, with respect to the last sentence, there is an odd paradox where the more we develop a deep and genuine understanding of an issue the less likely we are to posit absolute answers. It’s an odd litmus test for expertise; but beware of “experts” who have “the” answer.
